Common questions

Is this a navigation chart?

No. It's for planning and fun. Routes and depths come from a 2020 survey and today's lake level, and conditions change. Always watch the water, the buoys and other boats.

A dock, place or business listing is wrong

Tap the place and choose Suggest an edit, or tap Something wrong on the map here? at the bottom of any card. Business owners can also email us with updated hours, phone numbers or seasons.

How does location sharing work?

It's off until you turn it on in Friends. Only friends you accept can see you, and only while you're on the lake. Turn on ghost mode to hide instantly. See the privacy policy for details.

Someone posted something inappropriate

Tap Report under the tip. You can also block that member so you don't see their tips. We review reports within a day.

Delete your account

In the app: tap your account button (top right) → Delete my account → tap again to confirm. This deletes your account right away.

Without the app: email from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account" and your username. We'll delete it within 7 days and reply when it's done.

Deleting removes your profile (name, phone, email, home marina, boat type), favorites, friends, shared location, hazard reports, map fixes, suggested edits and tips. Backups roll off within about a week.
